- Receive Your ID Card: After enrollment, you will receive a HumanaVision ID card.
- Find a Network Provider: Choose from our extensive list of providers using the Customer Care Center, automated information line, or HumanaVisionCare.com.
- Schedule Your Appointment: Provide your details and employer information when booking.
- Pay Co-pays and Upgrades: After your eye exam, pay any co-pays and additional upgrade costs directly to your provider.
