🦷 PPO Dental Plans – Traditional plans with in-network dental rates and coverage designed for whole-person health. Get the best pricing by visiting an in-network PPO dentist.
🦷 Prepaid Dental Plan – A managed care plan that covers preventive care and select procedures when treated by your chosen primary care dentist. Specialist referrals may be available with potential discounts.
🦷 Schedule B Dental Plan – A reimbursement plan that offers flexibility to visit any dentist. Reimbursement is provided for listed procedures up to a $1,000 annual maximum.
HOW TO ENROLL
Enroll during Open Enrollment or within 60 days of new employment. To make your election, contact the People First Service Center at 866.663.4735 or visit People First. Use the plan code associated with your selected plan: 4044, 4084, 4094, 4092, or 4090. Click HERE for more information on how to enroll in People First.
